Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate end-to-end virtual fashion shows, including pre-event rehearsals, model briefings, and designer scheduling.

Liaise with fashion designers, stylists, production teams, and tech support to ensure a smooth and visually impactful presentation.

Manage live-streaming platforms and virtual backstage coordination for models and crew.

Curate digital content such as fashion lookbooks, show schedules, and promotional assets in collaboration with the creative team.

Troubleshoot any issues during live events and provide immediate resolution to technical or operational problems.

Track event metrics, audience engagement, and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively across time zones with international participants.

Stay up to date with virtual event trends and fashion industry developments to innovate show experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Event Management, Fashion Communication, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in using virtual event tools such as Zoom, Hopin, OBS Studio, or similar.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Creativity in content curation, visual storytelling, and brand alignment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Tech-savvy mindset with an understanding of live streaming, digital media, and virtual audience engagement.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning, fashion event coordination, or digital content production.

Experience with virtual events and remote coordination is highly preferred.

A portfolio or evidence of past work on virtual or fashion-related events is a strong plus.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours based on project timelines, with availability required during event schedules, which may include evenings or weekends depending on time zones.

Approximately 25–35 hours / week, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and demand.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In-depth knowledge of fashion show logistics and event flow.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.

A good eye for fashion aesthetics, digital media, and layout design.
