About You

We are seeking a Product Manager who will bridge business, design, and technology to ensure projects are scoped correctly, documented thoroughly, prioritized effectively, and delivered smoothly.

This role combines core Product Management responsibilities with Project Management discipline, addressing key gaps identified in recent retrospectives : poor scoping, unclear documentation, lost requirements, unmanaged integrations, unrealistic timelines, and lack of dedicated project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requests into well-defined problems
• Work with stakeholders, UX, and devs to scope projects properly before commitment
• Ensure early involvement of devs to avoid rework and missed risks
• Maintain proper documentation and single source of truth for requirements and supplier agreements
• Build and maintain a long-term roadmap in collaboration with POs
• Identify critical success factors / checklists at project start
• Represent Dev teams in business discussions and protect their capacity
• Run projects end-to-end, ensuring continuity from initiation to delivery
• Manage cross-team dependencies and 3rd party integrations
• Provide realistic timelines that factor in capacity, dependencies, tech maturity, and business constraints
• Plan for risks, issues, and course corrections proactively
• Hold suppliers accountable by validating documentation and commitments
• Provide structured stakeholder updates with visibility into risks, dependencies, and progress.
