Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC). You will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will develop accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations clearly, acting as a proactive partner in client success.
This role is client-facing and focuses on performance marketing, with emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and measurable results.

Supervision : Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy and work under his guidance toward peak performance.Orientation : This role is client-facing.WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
Salary Range : First month : $2,000; Second month : $4,000; Third month : around $7,000 / month; 1st year : $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year : $100,000-$120,000. Actual compensation depends on client load and performance.Growth and Development
