Job Overview

The Service Management Excellence team is globally responsible for service transition, service delivery, continual improvement, data quality and reporting, and process governance. The team plays a critical role in enabling and sustaining digital services across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Work with global stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop service design packages, and ensure services are user‑centred.
• Plan and coordinate activities required to transition services from development to production, overseeing knowledge management.
• Drive continual improvement and service performance measurement through practices such as service level management, knowledge management, incident coordination and problem management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine service design, manage transitions, and support operational readiness.
• Contribute to process improvement, organisational readiness and governance.
