Entrepreneurial Coach - Client Success Manager

Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Entrepreneurial Coach to join their remote team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 40 founders , guiding them through proven systems for audience growth and brand building. Your primary focus will be to help founders achieve breakthrough results within 90 days.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct 25 weekly coaching calls , providing strategic guidance, accountability, and motivation.
• Support founders in implementing growth strategies to reach $20K+ in monthly revenue within their first 90 days .
• Foster community engagement by celebrating wins, maintaining high activity levels, and ensuring milestone achievement via the their platform.
• Track and report key success metrics, including TrustPilot reviews, case studies, and client success stories .
• Collaborate with the internal team to continuously optimize the founder journey.
