Brand Manager - Sketchers

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Development : Create and implement comprehensive annual marketing and visual plans to elevate the Skechers brand, focusing on driving traffic and enhancing the customer experience.
• Market & Trend Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer trends, predict future trends, and monitor the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Marketing Campaign Management : Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and grassroots efforts, to increase brand awareness and sales for new stores and initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal departments such as merchandising, product, creative, and finance to align strategies, ensure product delivery, and support key brand initiatives.
• Budget & Performance Management : Develop and manage marketing budgets, create a rolling calendar for deliverables, and track campaign performance through data analysis and reporting to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
• Brand Consistency : Oversee advertising, product design, and marketing efforts to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive messaging approach across all customer touchpoints.
