Gauteng, JHB - Western Suburbs MTS's client in the Mining sector is looking for a proficient Change Manager to lead and oversee the change management team on large-scale change initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a PROSCI Certification and a minimum of 7-10 years of change management and people management experience. Will manage 5-10 employees.
Working Model : Hybrid (3 days office and 2 days remote work with occasional travel as required.) QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- PROSCI Certification.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of change management experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong track record of successful stakeholder engagement and management.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of change management professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
