You will lead financial strategy, governance, and operational execution while mentoring teams to achieve professional growth. The role requires hands-on involvement in financial reporting, risk management, compliance, business planning, and capital project evaluations, all while ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards and international frameworks.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

• CA(SA)
• Completed Senior and Middle Management Development Programmes.
• Over 15 years of financial leadership experience
• Proven track record in healthcare
• Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, corporate governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong exposure to multinational operations and African markets.
• Advanced systems knowledge
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and finance teams.
