Role Overview
We are seeking two experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our expanding team. Based in South Africa, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, setting appointments, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate data within our CRM. This position requires a strong technical understanding of products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage business decision-makers in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through targeted research, outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Gather and record key business information, including contact details, company size, decision-makers, and potential requirements.
- Schedule appointments for the UK-based sales team.
- Engage confidently with business owners, procurement professionals, and senior managers.
- Understand and explain our technical products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Track lead status, follow up promptly, and manage communication pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and reporting.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for lead generation, appointment setting, and data accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.Strong technical background or the ability to quickly understand complex products and solutions.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.High attention to detail with experience in data management and CRM systems.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools.Experience working with UK is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
