Job Duties : The Finance Capital Clerk / Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing financial transactions.
This role involves reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation.
The Clerk / Administrator will also support financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Required Qualifications : Education : Matric Related Qualification / Certification Experience : Previous experience as a Finance Capital Clerk / Administrator or a similar role within the mining industry Knowledge and Skills : SAP experience is essential A relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field Demonstrated experience in financial administration Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Understanding of financial principles and practises Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
