We are seeking a motivated and articulate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a major US-based client with their high-volume recruitment efforts. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and scheduling qualified candidates for a wide range of positions. Key Responsibilities

Manage and confirm interview calendars for the assigned office.

Respond promptly and professionally to all candidate communications, including emails, text messages, and voicemails.

Conduct callback outreach to selected applicants and schedule follow-up interviews.

Make + outbound calls per day, aiming to book interviews daily.

• Screen incoming resumes and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and confirm both initial and follow-up interviews.
• Follow up with candidates via phone and voicemail to maintain engagement.
• Update candidate statuses and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Keep detailed and organized records of all candidate interactions and outcomes.

Technical Requirements

A modern and reliable computer (desktop or laptop) capable of handling web-based calling applications without issue. A stable, high-speed primary internet connection. A reliable backup internet solution is mandatory (e.g., mobile hotspot, secondary ISP) to ensure uptime during work hours. A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone. A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace.
