Technical Competencies and responsibilities

• Designing & setting up pf DC and AC solar PV electrical systems.
• Installing & connecting backup systems, batteries, and inverters.
• Attaching of distribution boards (DB boards) to solar systems.
• Installing of changeover switches, isolators, and circuit breakers.
• Carrying of out electrical maintenance, repairs & installations.
• Identifying & fixing issues with electrical systems
• Ensuring that every task conforms with SANS 10142-1 & any other applicable standards.
• Supervising of Electricians & team
• Planning of electrical work for installations
• Issuing of Certificates of Compliance (CoC) for all electrical installations
