Join Control Risks as a Social Media Manager. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership to develop a social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Content Scheduling and Management
Plan, create, and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, brand voice, and tone.
Maintain consistency across all platforms, tailoring content to resonate with specific audiences.Manage how each platform supports different aspects of the brand and its audience.Help develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the firm’s business priorities and goals.Implement policy and guidelines in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure effective participation in social media efforts firm wide.Campaign Tracking and OptimisationMonitor and track social media campaigns to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Use data insights to refine content strategy and maximise engagement and conversion rates.Help develop and run social listening.Who You Are
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a B2B environment with LinkedIn expertise including building communities.Proficiency in social media management tools.Strong understanding of the relative strengths and demographics of all key social media platforms, to optimise our reach and potential in accordance with marketing priorities.Sophisticated understanding of the evolving role of video in B2B social media.Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and interpret campaign performance data.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A deep understanding of brand alignment and business objectives.Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
