Albertinia Versorgingsdienste is ‘n program van Badisa, ‘n gesamentlike bedieningsaksie van die NG Kerk (Wes- en Suid-Kaap) en die VGKSA (Kaapland). Aansoeke van Suid-Afrikaanse burgers word vir die onderstaande pos by Albertinia Versorgingsdienste ingewag :

Hoof Fokus Areas

Verantwoordelikheid as die skofleier op nagdiens

Verpleegsorg aan inwoners.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede

Versorging en verpleging van inwoners.

Rekordhouding.

Handhawing van higiëne en infeksiebeheer.

Oorsig oor en bestuur van versorgers.

Vereistes

Registrasie as Ingeskrewe Verpleeg Assistent by die Suid-Afrikaanse Raad vir Verpleegkundiges.

Persoonlike indemniteitsversekering.

Bereidwilligheid om skofte, oor naweke en op openbare vakansiedae te werk.

Die vermoë om in Afrikaans en Engels te kan kommunikeer.

Minimum Opvoedkundige Kwalifikasie

Matrieksertifikaat.

Sertifikaat of Diploma in Verpleging.

Ondervinding

Minstens 2-3 jaar toepaslike ondervinding in verpleging en die versorging van ouer persone.

Kennis / Vaardighede

Kennis van die Wet op Verpleging en die Wet op Ouer Persone.

Kennis en ervaring in die versorging van ouer persone.

Gepaste arbeidsverhoudinge vaardighede.

Vermoë om onafhanklik en binne spanverband te kan funksioneer.

Vergoeding

Onderhandelbare salaris binne Badisa-riglyne.
