Job description

Job Description

Responding to requests from internal and external stakeholders, managing daily emails and portal notifications, and populating pre-qualification selection questionnaire contents.

Assist the Bids Management unit with the terms of all the bids processes in an administrative and logistical manner.

Minimum requirements

  • A minimum National Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA
  • A minimum 2 years’ experience obtained in a supply chain environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Driver’s license essential

Technical Skills

  • Business Acumen - Applies commercial insight to deliver a prompt and appropriate response to business matters in order to influence a positive outcome.
  • Admin Skills - Experience as Bid Administrator or an Administrative role.
  • Bid Process - Knowledge of a Bid / Procurement or business development environment.
