Job Description
Responding to requests from internal and external stakeholders, managing daily emails and portal notifications, and populating pre-qualification selection questionnaire contents.
Assist the Bids Management unit with the terms of all the bids processes in an administrative and logistical manner.
Minimum requirements
- A minimum National Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA
- A minimum 2 years’ experience obtained in a supply chain environment would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Driver’s license essential
Technical Skills
Business Acumen - Applies commercial insight to deliver a prompt and appropriate response to business matters in order to influence a positive outcome.Admin Skills - Experience as Bid Administrator or an Administrative role.Bid Process - Knowledge of a Bid / Procurement or business development environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
