Pipedrive CRM & Automation Consultant

Work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimise CRM systems and automation workflows. Client-facing and hands-on consulting role ideal for someone technical, passionate about system design and scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Architecture & Optimisation : Configure, customise, and improve client CRM setups, primarily in Pipedrive.
• Automation Design & Delivery : Build reliable workflows using Zapier, Make, and other no-code tools.
• Sales Process Consulting : Guide clients on pipeline management, lead tracking, activity logging, and sales ops best practices.
• System Integration : Connect CRMs with external tools via APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms.
• Documentation & Reporting : Create process documentation, automation blueprints, and training materials.
• Training & Enablement : Deliver training sessions to clients and ensure long-term user adoption.
• Customer Success : Maintain excellent client communication and proactively address questions or issues.
