Our client based in Montague Gardens requires you to be their link for all their clients managing enquiries, closing sales and dealing with clients from high end restaurants, lodges & wine farms etc.
This post is primarily based in their vibrant office, however when needed on occasion you will need to travel and have a face-to-face meetings, representing the company for sales of their specialized product range.
POSITION INFO : REQUIREMENTS
- Matric and relevant qualifications highly advantageous
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven sales track record
- Positive attitude, professional and dedicated
- Must have valid sales techniques and skills
- Hit the ground running with ability in sales
- Exceptionally well groomed and presented
- Own car ESSENTIAL
- Ability to converse in English and Afrikaans
DUTIES
Reporting to the Sales ManagerPhoning and liaising with clients for new orders, upselling and new products that become availablePhoning new clients to introduce the company and explain their specialised productOn occasion travel to a potential client for an introduction or to dispatch samplesContinually looking for new opportunities to acquire new clientsGrow the allocated market successfullyQuotations as to clients various requirementsFollowing up on quotations and client requestsEnsuring professionalism for all client contactsClosing of sales successfullySalary : negotiable dependent on experience
