CNC Workshop Manager

Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Workshop Manager to oversee our CNC workshop in Worchester, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, as well as experience managing a team of technicians and machinists.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the CNC workshop, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and schedule work orders
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of technicians and machinists, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
