BRANCH MANAGER - STEEL & HARDWARE (WORCESTER, CAPE TOWN)

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experience in a management role, with at least 2 years in retail or branch floor sales.
• Proven experience in branch or retail management, including sales, procurement, inventory, and personnel management.
• Knowledge of Steel, Hardware, Industrial Hardware, and Fluid Control products preferred.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial planning skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate; experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems advantageous.
