Requirements
- 3–5 years as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant (essential)
- Proven leadership – you inspire, delegate, and hold teams accountable
- Tech‑savvy : Intermediate MS Excel & Word
- Analytical mindset – interpret stats, solve problems, optimize performance
