Requirements

• 3–5 years as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant (essential)
• Proven leadership – you inspire, delegate, and hold teams accountable
• Tech‑savvy : Intermediate MS Excel & Word
• Analytical mindset – interpret stats, solve problems, optimize performance
• Detail‑obsessed & process‑driven
