Job Summary  We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Maintenance Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities : 1.Website Updates and Maintenance : Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, to ensure accuracy and relevance. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, plugin installations, and bug fixes to keep the website running smoothly. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience. 2.Security and Compliance : Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential risks. Ensure the website complies with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy laws and accessibility guidelines. 3.Analytics and Reporting : Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to gather insights and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on website performance, including metrics such as page views, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing website engagement and achieving business goals. Qualifications : Proven experience in website maintenance and management. Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
