MEP Technician

How you'll role As the MEP / HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of various systems and equipment. You will be expected to perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to enhance system performance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining the highest level of courtesy and service. What you'll do Run diagnostic tests and identify faults on all HVAC systems Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards Maintain documentation of service and repairs conducted Suggest improvements for system efficiency and performance What you'll need Proven experience in an HVAC-related company for a minimum of 10 years Extensive knowledge on VRV systems MS Office and Outlook proficient Understanding of standard safety protocols Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans) Driver's license
