Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on making connections and driving conversations that lead to deals. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners and motivated sellers, qualifying leads through calls, texts, and emails before handing them off to the acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from motivated sellers.Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and selling timeline.Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team.Manage all outreach activity using CRM tools (Podio, REsimpli, HubSpot, or Salesforce).Maintain detailed notes and follow-up tasks for each lead.Hit and exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversations, and appointments set.Collaborate with team leaders to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.Requirements
1-2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.Excellent English communication - both written and verbal.Comfortable conducting high volume cold calls.Strong phone presence and the ability to stay engaging and confident under pressure.Coachable, accountable, and driven to meet daily and weekly KPIs.Familiarity with SmrtPhone, Aircall, or other dialers preferred.Experience using CRM tools like Podio, REsimpli, HubSpot, or Salesforce.Reliable high-speed internet, professional headset, and a quiet home-office setup.Availability 9 AM - 6 PM U.S. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.Nice to Haves
Background in real estate, wholesale acquisitions, or home services sales.Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or cold calling U.S. homeowners.Enthusiastic personality with strong rapport-building skills.Benefits
Competitive base pay : $3,000-$4,000 USD / month (based on skillset and experience).Fully remote position aligned with U.S. working hours.
