This role will support the Learning & Development (L&D) function as a L&D generalist, working as part of the Human Capital team. The ideal candidate must be a self‑starter, with a client‑service mindset in an evolving landscape, able to solve complex problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
- Experience supporting international learning programmes or compliance‑driven training initiatives.
- Knowledge of data privacy and learning compliance standards in international contexts.
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Learning and Development, preferably within a professional services or international corporate environment.Responsibilities
The L&D team is looking for an Associate with strong customer service skills, an interest in the learning and development agenda, a willingness to be flexible and work on different projects, and a solid track record of delivering high quality services. The work will change over time, and the team requires people who have both the skills and attitude to respond positively to change.
In addition to working with members of the L&D Team, the role requires working with other key stakeholders including territory and regional Learning & Development teams, representatives from the global Lines of Service, external third‑party content providers, and offshore service delivery teams.
Desirable Skills
Understanding of Machine Learning & AI Fundamentals and familiarity with Generative AI.Prompt Engineering : Ability to craft effective prompts for generative models.Customer focused at all times; understanding the needs of customers / stakeholders and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a virtual, cross‑functional team.Familiarity with learning assessment tools and methodologies (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, quizzes, surveys).Knowledge of learning evaluation methodology and tools.An understanding of data analytics and how it can be applied to learning.Familiar with digital learning authoring tools and the life‑cycle for developing and delivering digital learning.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and time zones.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and generate actionable insights.Ability to assimilate information quickly and deal with ambiguity.Demonstrable change agility; able to flex style, approach and work methods, and be open to working on new projects with different people.Experience of using Microsoft tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.Meeting logistics and administration : setting up calls or face‑to‑face events, preparing and delivering pre‑reading materials to participants and taking minutes as required.Able to communicate with impact, both in writing and verbally.Professional curiosity e.g. willing to explore and discover how software systems and IT processes work, openness to trying new things.Experience of using agile project management techniques.Design thinking skills and experiences, such as persona development, journey mapping, and prototyping.#J-18808-Ljbffr
