Senior Experience Designer

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join a transformational initiative reshaping the digital landscape of Africa. The role supports a leading Pan-African telecommunications company in building a Software Engineering Centre of Excellence (COE) focused on creating innovative future-ready digital products that empower users and drive technological progress across the continent.

What you will do :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs design goals and product requirements.
• Develop user personas user journeys wireframes and prototypes to guide design decisions and validate user flows.
• Design user interfaces and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs.
• Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and seamless implementation.
• Stay informed on emerging industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems style guides and design patterns.
