Mental Health Therapist- Adult Teletherapy

Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to provide adult teletherapy services. This fully remote role involves delivering high-quality therapeutic support to adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe and supportive virtual environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms for adult clients.
• Assess clients mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care and teletherapy innovations.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed and ensure client safety.
