Key Responsibilities :
Analyze technical site data (Motherstation & customer sites) and recommend improvements
Execute and track Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and continuous improvement actions
Provide hands-on technical support across compressors, trailers, PRMS, Scada, and related systems
Liaise with compressor, gas engine, electrical, and trailer suppliers
Assist with project installations, commissioning, testing, and costing
Design and implement training programs for Technicians and Operators
Ensure safety, SHEQ compliance, and procedural integrity on-site
Contribute to development of AI / IoT tools for proactive monitoring
Monitor key KPIs and generate monthly reports
Stay abreast of industry innovations and lead equipment improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements :
Millwright Trade Test (essential)
Minimum 10 years of technical experience in industrial or gas environments
Strong hands-on experience with compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, PLCs
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Cryogenics and road tanker knowledge is advantageous
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Green Belt beneficial)
Proficient in data analysis, predictive modeling , and reporting
Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel and work shifts / overtime
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Projects
