The Role
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative team and drive the development of compelling, brand-aligned campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a knack for art direction. This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend creative vision with execution, delivering exceptional work that inspires audiences and achieves business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging.
- Create attention grabbing graphics for paid and organic campaigns on social media.
- Work with our video editors to create storyboards and supporting graphics for all our videos.
- Champion innovative ideas, pushing the boundaries of creativity while maintaining function over form.
- Project Oversight :
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and sales) to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating the vision and value effectively.
- Art Direction :
- Provide hands-on art direction, guiding the visual identity of campaigns and ensuring cohesive storytelling.
- Review and refine designs and video, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry design practices, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the creative process.
- Strategic Contribution :
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform creative strategies.
- Advocate for brand consistency across all channels and mediums.
- Evaluate campaign performance, using data to refine and improve future efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior graphic design role, including art direction.A robust portfolio showcasing diverse campaigns and your expertise in art direction.Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and an understanding of emerging creative tools.Skills with Adobe After Effects are advantageous.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Attributes
