Job Opportunity : Branch Manager in Hospitality Management

Great opportunity for an individual with a completed Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing, and 3-5 years of branch management experience in a tertiary academic environment.

MUST HAVE :

3+ years relevant general management experience in an academic environment.

DUTIES :

• Manage operations - sales, HR, academic delivery, finances, student satisfaction.
• Design, implement and monitor progress of Campus Plan.
• Manage sales, marketing and business growth.
• Financial management - budgets, costs, etc.
• Manage operations and security.
• IT infrastructure.
• Student satisfaction.
• Recruitment and HR.
• Staff and performance management.
