Have you formed part of a Legal Team assisting in areas of Project Finance or Banking & Finance?

Renewable energy or Construction experience, dispute management and litigation experience will be highly advantageous! Bachelors Law degree essential.

In this role you will be assisting the Asset Management Team with the portfolio of projects from financial close through to construction and operation phases.

Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, bachelor’s degree in law
• Three to four years’ PQE in a similar role in project finance or banking and finance
• Renewable energy / IPP / Construction industry experience advantageous
• Dispute management and litigation experience advantageous
• Corporate and commercial experience advantageous
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Analytical with strong attention to detail
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Good investigation capabilities
• Commercially and solutions driven
• Flexible, with positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
