Summary :

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join their team. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company on a variety of legal matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Manage and coordinate external legal counsel as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and legal trends.
