Bossa Paarl seeks an experienced General Manager .

Minimum requirements and Responsibilities :

5+ years experience in restaurant management
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
Own transport
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality

Responsibilities :

Business Management : Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability.

Staff management : Hiring, training, and managing restaurant and bar staff.

Customer service : Overseeing customer service to ensure a positive dining experience and handling complaints or issues.

Inventory and stock management : Managing stock ordering and levels to ensure ingredients are always available and costs are controlled.
