Restaurant General Manager (RGM) - Overberg (Western Cape) at Rohloff Group
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) , you’ll lead a quick service restaurant to operational excellence by inspiring your team and delivering on company standards, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Champion CHAMPS : Drive your team to exceed customer expectations in Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, and Speed of Service.
- Lead the Shift : Manage restaurant shifts, guiding employees to maximise sales, efficiency, and profitability while upholding company policies.
- Smart Scheduling : Forecast and schedule labour to meet business needs.
- Safety First : Implement controls and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company funds.
- Stock & Cost Control : Manage inventory and costs to boost sales and profitability.
- Business Targets : Achieve scorecard targets and lead local store marketing initiatives.
- People Development : Recruit, train, and develop your team for success.
- Lead with Heart : Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.
What You’ll Need
3–5 years’ management experience in Hospitality or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.Strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word).Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) required; tertiary qualification is a plus.Passion for quality, customer service, and pride in the KFC brand!Based in Cape Town / Western Cape areas (advantageous).Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
