What this job can offer you

The Time & Attendance Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance for Remote's external employees and clients. This individual contributor position emphasizes legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient processes. You will report to the Time & Attendance Manager.

What you bring

• Solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities handling multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management. Familiarity with HR best practices in Time & Attendance.
• Proven experience implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with employees, clients, and internal teams.
• Strong English communication; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, especially in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to developing up-to-date, efficient, and compliant SOPs for Time & Attendance.

Provide SME support for internal and external queries related to Employee Lifecycle and Time & Attendance.

Gather feedback from stakeholders and leverage best practices to enhance the employee journey and experience.

Manage employee data securely and accurately. Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.

Promote Remote's values and contribute to the Lifecycle team's goals.

Salary : The annual salary range for this full-time position is $26,350 — $59,300 USD.
