We're looking for a NOC Level 2 Agent to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid networking background, hands‑on experience with MikroTik RouterOS, and a structured, analytical approach to problem‑solving in a shift‑based environment.
Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ – Required
- Experience with RouterOS and Winbox
- Working knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- IT‑related qualification advantageous
- Experience in telecommunications and understanding of network protocols and hardware
- Ability to work rotating shifts within our Support Centre (7 days a week, 08 : 30)
