HVAC Technician / Air Conditioning Technician

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment in commercial and residential properties .
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, aircon, and cooling system issues with efficiency and precision.
• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and inspections to ensure optimal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning performance .
• Identify and recommend repairs, replacements, retrofits, and system upgrades .
• Maintain accurate job cards, service reports, and maintenance documentation .
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing technical advice, repair updates, and customer service support .
• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and compliance standards .
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC technology, refrigeration systems, and industry best practices .
• Collaborate with the maintenance and facilities team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
