Roles and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing the Vehicle Tracking Systems clerical and administrative functions.
- Data Capturing
- Utilizing Vehicle Tracking System in such a manner that a l work is performed and presented in an accurate and uniform manner.
- Administrative functions in relation to Cross Border documentation required.
- Ad Hoc Tasks and projects.
- Provide feedback to management regarding all operational matters and Account Executives
- Maintaining effective communication with a l Operations staff in order to ensure that all are on the same page with regards to operational matters.
- Effective communication and maintaining of good working relationship with other departments in the company.
- Efficient, effective and clear communication with Account Executives / clearing agents / drivers when required.
- Cross Border planning which includes planning, collection of relevant documentation and communication with clients and clearing agents and fo lowing the process right through to completion of the delivery and documentation
- Planning, execution and management of vehicle deliveries in line with operational principles and performance standards.
- Eventual understanding of costings and managing thereof to maximize efficiencies and profitability in line with performance expectations.
