To manage and oversee the companys stock and logistics operations, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory, timely procurement, and efficient coordination of vehicle maintenance and promotional activities.
Location : Brummeria, Pretoria
Key Responsibilities :
- Purchase Order Management
Create, process, and track purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveryMaintain accurate records of procurement activitiesInventory ControlMonitor stock levels and movement using Excel spreadsheets
Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepanciesCoordinate stock for promotions and special projectsLogistics OversightTrack incoming and outgoing orders
Ensure proper documentation and delivery schedulesManage logistics-related queries and resolve issues promptlyVehicle Maintenance CoordinationSchedule and monitor vehicle services and maintenance
Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company standardsReporting & AnalysisGenerate reports on stock movement, order status, and logistics performance
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsRequirements :
Proven experience in stock control and logistics (preferably in a clinical / medical environment)Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with inventory management systemsSalary : R20k
