Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients for AI skilling programs .
  • Drive consultative sales with CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, and Business Leaders .
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct training needs assessments for AI / ML and digital upskilling.
  • Propose tailored AI skilling solutions (leadership in AI, data literacy, machine learning, automation, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Build long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI adoption and workforce skilling .

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 810 years of corporate sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success selling corporate training / skilling programs (mandatory).
  • Direct experience in AI skilling, digital transformation programs, or tech upskilling solutions (highly preferred).
  • Strong connects with corporates in BFSI, IT / ITES, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors .
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to large enterprises and Fortune 500 clients .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ( MBA preferred ).
