Quantity Surveyors x3 - Cape Town

Minimum requirements :

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (BTech or BSc)
• Professional registration, or eligible to register : REQUIRED
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimating software
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience (Junior), 3–5 years (Intermediate), and 6+ years (Senior)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and time management skills
