Position : Recruitment Resourcer
Location : South Africa | Remote
Lime Talent is currently seeking a Resourcer to join our team! As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent in the consumer goods industry, sourcing candidates through various channels, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates across different functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with our company’s overall hiring goals and objectives
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent
- Create presentations to describe job roles and send personalized messages to relevant candidates on LinkedIn
- Engage with potential candidates through cold outreach, phone screening, and email communication to assess their fit for open positions
- Partner with our delivery team to schedule and facilitate candidate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Continuously monitor and report on sourcing metrics to optimize our sourcing strategies
