Key Responsibilities

• Set up blow moulding machines, adjust moulds and settings to ensure moulds run within specification for quality, cycle time, and output.
• Perform mechanical / technical adjustments and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with quality teams to confirm moulded products meet dimensional, closure, seal integrity, and decoration standards.
• Monitor machine operation, detect faults, troubleshoot issues (mechanical, electrical, mould).
• Maintain a clean, safe production area and assist with mould changeovers.
• Record shifts, machine settings, and maintenance logs.
• Work with production planning to meet output and capacity targets.
