We’re looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Finance Manager remotely based in South Africa to take ownership of our finance operations and play a key role in guiding the company’s next stage of growth.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who’s as comfortable diving into the day‑to‑day as they are advising senior management on the bigger picture.

You’ll be the lead on accounting, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement across the business, while providing insight that supports long‑term decision making.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager ready to step up into a broader position with a clear progression path to Head of Finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all accounting and finance activities including general ledger management, forecasting, billing, and month‑end close.
• Partner with the CEO & COO to deliver financial insight and guide strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust financial systems and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Oversee cash flow, job costing, and financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support executive management with financial modelling, business planning, and strategic initiatives.

This role is being recruited on a self‑employed basis with a salary range 35,000 – 50,000 RAND a month, depending on experience.
