Your Impact

You will lead business transformation projects such as restructuring, turnaround, operational excellence, strategic operations, M&A post-merger implementation, and digital transformation.

You will work closely with clients’ senior management, building capabilities, systems, and processes to deliver and sustain results. You will also lead, coach, and motivate your team of consultants and client employees.

As a subject matter expert, you'll combine experience and problem-solving skills to deliver insights and recommendations. You will contribute to the growth of our Delivery group and develop your career in a supportive, human-centered environment.

Based in Johannesburg, you'll be part of Orphoz, partnering with clients to implement strategies designed by McKinsey & Company. Our work involves supporting large companies in transforming their operations to adapt to rapid environmental changes, focusing on agility, efficiency, and employee engagement.
