Job Opportunity at 1Nebula

We are seeking a talented and dedicated qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team. The role is a hands-on operational role responsible for the company's financial accounting functions, including the preparation of financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with accounting / tax standards and regulations. You will be reporting to the Financial Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations. Ensure that high data integrity is maintained.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Manage the company's financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Create and maintain financial models to support decision making and long-term planning.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to the Head of Finance.
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (secretarial, tax & IFRS).
• Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors.
