Job descriptionClover has an exciting opportunity for a results driven, motivated and experienced Coordinator : Supply Chain Export with Exports expertise of FMCG and Foods and Beverages to other African countries. The ideal candidate must have strong background of dealing with Exports transactions within policies and guidelines of the company. The successful candidate will responsible for handling Export process O2D (Order To Delivery), Sales HO Finance creditors administrative functions, and provide logistical and operational to export countries. NATIONAL DIPLOMA Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level. Experience in working senior management. Business English : Fluent. Code 08 Drivers license. Computer literacy (Advanced) Ability to influence. Proactive and action orientated. Approaches situations with an open mind and solves problems creatively. Act with honesty and consistency. Solve problems through effective decision making. Business acumen. Lead and drive changes for improvement Collaborate with others to achieve a common objective. Interpersonal effectiveness. Commitment and motivation. Administrative capabilities. Thinking and reasoning logically Customer Orientated Application of financial principles and practices. Abilities to apply numerical principles. Coordinate Export orders (from inception to dispatching and up to customers) Create PFI invoices into GTS and follow entire process until delivery point. Complete documentation and despatch to Transport Company. Coordinator logistical function with transporters for collection orders on time. Manage sales GRN and daily sales cube / report management. Coordinate supply chain activities. Coordinate transport and loading of trucks and containers within the time plan Collaborate with Supply Planner to avoid shortages / high stock. Coordinate logistical services between Clover branches and external Distribution Centres. Interact with Services providers to have a loading plan in advance. Ensure compliance with Export and veterinary legislation. Check that clients and transporters provide proof of export documentation according to VAT Act. File export documentation according to SABS requirements. Coordinate movement certificates and veterinary export certificates required by importing countries. Coordinate with Distribution Centres for veterinary inspection and sealing of trucks by state vets. Ensure correct procedures are adhered to with the loading of all export shipments at the various Distribution Centre’s for all modes of transport. Follow stock availability and position per Distribution Centre. Submit credit notes for approval. Coordinate payments and invoices for veterinary inspections on behalf of Clover. Handle queries from the debtors for transporters. Control and ensure the updating of the compliance. Manage the updating of filling / data / records / systems etc. Analysing of output sales per country per store. Analysing of output bases sales per product item. Building activity plans based on output sales in driving volume growth. Open and faster communication related to orders in transit. Explore synergies and opportunities to reduce freight cost. Ensure optimal utilisation of staff. Apply consistent discipline. Train and develop staff. Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication with all. Establish continuous improvement practices. Liaise and communicate with management in all departments. Set objectives, manage and measure performance of subordinates. 2025 / 10 / 31 Store Keeping / Procurement jobs
