Sales Representative (Inside Sales & Enterprise)

We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a defined book of business while proactively hunting for new opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts and territories.

Develop, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships, focusing on high-value partnerships.

Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and proactive account development.

Deliver consultative, solution-based sales tailored to each client’s business goals.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM to manage pipelines, contacts, and sales activities.

Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations for clients and prospects.

Collaborate internally with operations, customer service, and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, call metrics, and activity targets.

Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high responsiveness and a superior customer experience.

Track and follow up on samples, quotes, and project requests to keep opportunities moving forward.

Continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand relationships and increase account revenue.

Support team members as needed to maintain department-wide excellence.

3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise inside sales

Proven success managing long sales cycles and high-touch client relationships.

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to interpret sales data and create action plans to drive growth.

A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
