Sous Chef

Our client in Waterkloof, Pretoria is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join their fine dining team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, with French cuisine experience preferred, and a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine while supporting management in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a kitchen management role or 5 years as a senior chef
• Fine dining experience essential; French cuisine preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Creative flair and attention to detail
• Financial understanding and cost control experience
• Culinary qualification required
• Own transport and Pretoria-based
• Portfolio would be beneficial
