Junior HR Manager
My client, a specialized logistics company which operates a fleet of 80 food grade tankers for the transportation of mainly wine, plant oils and fruit concentrate, is currently recruiting for a Junior HR Manager for their depot in Brackenfell. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director.

HR ADMINISTRATION & NBCFRLI ADMINISTRATION
Office staff and drivers contractsCompile and maintain employee filesProvide HR information for monthly reportingCompile and maintain Job DescriptionsSubmit monthly D-form to National Bargaining Council of Road Freight and Logistics (NBCFRLI)Payment of Union membership feesYear-end bonus submissions at NBCFRLICompile Certificate of Service and other exit documentation to employees upon termination of servicesEnsure compliance to Collective Agreement of NBCFRLITake full responsibility for NBCFRLI audits annuallySKILLS & TRAINING
Compile training needs analysis annuallyCompile budget and get approvalArrange training with external providersKeep record of all training recordsSubmit Annual Training Report and Workplace Skills Plan at TETAEMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Give advice to Line Managers regarding disciplinary actionsCompile Notice to Hearings together with complainantArrange external Chairman for hearingCommunicate and keep record of hearing outcomesImplement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environmentEMPLOYMENT EQUITY
Submit Employment equity reports annuallyPAYROLL
Keep track of all employee recordsOversee payroll process monthlyPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
