We are looking to appoint three (3) self-motivated Channel Account Managers, who will be based in the following regions : Western Cape (x1), Eastern Cape (x1) and Gauteng (x1). The successful candidates will report to the Key Accounts Manager.Main Responsibilities will include :
Identify sales opportunities in the FMCG market.Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your area.Serve customers by selling products and increasing Cape Cookies footprint.Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily / weekly work schedule.Prepare sales presentations by analysing the type of sales outlet and / or trade channel.Drive deals in the franchise model at store level, managing the 3rd party partner and follow up and provide feedback to management.Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly territory analysis.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.Build customer relationships.Use historical data to drive at store level with store management and 3rd party partners.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with key stake holders, formal trade and 3rd party partners.Managing our 3rd partners.Track and report on the process of 3rd party partners on a weekly basis.Skills and Qualifications :
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.Reporting timelessly to management.An understanding to interpret sales data and achieve sales targets.Must be confident in sales, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.Experience in the FMCG environment is essential.Detail orientated.MatricSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
